 Marshmallow crispy cakes!

You will need:

. 8 marshmallows

. 1/4 box rice crispies 

. 1 tbsp  honey

. 1 tbsp  coconut oil
. 3 tbsps raisins

. 12 cupcake cases
. 1 tbsp sugar

Method:

1. Melt the sugar, coconut oil and honey together in a saucepan.
2. Pour the rice crispies into the saucepan.

3. Chop up 8 marshmallows in thirds and pour them into the saucepan with the raisins.

4. Spoon 1 blob of mixture into each case.
5. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour then eat.

How to Make Apple Boats

Easy and quick to make snacks! You'll need apple, cinnamon and sugar, and you can add mixed spice too if you want. Enjoy!

Honey pots - A delicious snack. 

You will need:

. 6 small pots
. Half a bottle of honey
. 2 table spoons of maple syrup
. A small bowl of cornflakes
. Digestive biscuits 


Method:

1. Mix the honey and maple syrup together on a hob at low heat for 5 mins.

2. Pour the mixture into the pots a quarter full.

3. Crush the biscuits into the pots.

4. Sprinkle the cornflakes in.

5. Eat them straight away.
